Arne has been working at Kooi since July of 2019. He recalls his first encounter with Kooi as a really good experience, “I was approached by the HR manager of Kooi on LinkedIn. Dirty boots in the car

According to Arne, his work implies “maintaining relationships with customers so that they always come back to you.” There are no standard working days as a sales manager at Kooi. “It varies enormously. One day you work in the office and another day you visit existing and new customers on the construction site. At the end of such a day I throw my dirty boots in the car and then drive back home.”

Kooi is a unique company. “Because the company is growing, you get a lot of opportunities. If you want something and work hard for it, you will achieve it. I am ambitious. I still want to achieve a lot and my manager supports me in this.” Even if Kooi is growing fast, there is still that family atmosphere. “You are not a number. We help each other where possible, and we achieve our targets as a team.” That’s why the letter ‘T’ (which stands for Together) from GRUTSK! Really applies well to Arne, his team and of course, Kooi! “I’ve never experienced this anywhere else.”
